- How often should I schedule service on my European luxury vehicle?
- You should schedule service on your luxury vehicle every 6,000 miles driven.
- If servicing takes a long period of time, are loaner vehicles available?
- Eurocar-Werk does not have loaner vehicles available.
- Do you provide discounts for multiple services purchased at the same time?
- Discounts for multiple services may be available. Call Eurocar-Werk for more information.
- Do I need to make an appointment, or can I walk in?
- We recommend scheduling an appointment for service.
- Do you work on all models and years of luxury European vehicles?
- Eurocar-Werk proudly services all models and years of European luxury vehicles with the exception of Volvo.
- Do you offer drop-off and pick-up services?
- Drop-off and pick-up services are available for customers within a 10 mile radius.
- What is your warranty?
- Our warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
- Can I supply my own parts?
- We do not allow customers to provide their own parts.
