    • Maintaining your luxury vehicle may cost more than an average car due to a more complex build, added performance and suspension capabilities, and build qualities.
  • How often should I schedule service on my European luxury vehicle?
  • If servicing takes a long period of time, are loaner vehicles available?
    • Eurocar-Werk does not have loaner vehicles available.
  • Do you provide discounts for multiple services purchased at the same time?
    • Discounts for multiple services may be available. Call Eurocar-Werk for more information.
  • Do I need to make an appointment, or can I walk in?
    • We recommend scheduling an appointment for service.
  • Do you work on all models and years of luxury European vehicles?
    • Eurocar-Werk proudly services all models and years of European luxury vehicles with the exception of Volvo.
  • Do you offer drop-off and pick-up services?
    • Drop-off and pick-up services are available for customers within a 10 mile radius.
  • What is your warranty?
    • Our warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
  • Can I supply my own parts?
    • We do not allow customers to provide their own parts.

I have taken my 1999 Porsche Boxster to Eric for performance upgrades, general maintenance, advice, and every time, the experience has been great. Had the V8 R8 in for oil service and a door lock actuator issue. done and done with the Oil and new door motor the next day, and had it approved with my warranty company. how can it better? It can't. Thanks guys! A++
